Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in First German Evangelical Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Norval W. Kock will officiate and entombment will be in Knollwood Memorial Mausoleum, Town of Kossuth.
Miss Waak was born Oct 22, 1898, in Newton, Wis., daughter of the late Theodore and Fredricka Rueschoeft Waak. She attended schools in Newton and had been employed with National Tinsel Company for many years, retiring in 1969. She was a member of First German Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a brother, William Waak and two sisters, a twin sister, Miss Lillian Waak and Mrs. Harvey (Hilda) Phalen of Manitowoc, many niece, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Four brothers, Albert, Emil, Elmer and Henry and two sisters, Linda and Agnes preceded her in death.
Friends may call in Jens Funeral Home, Manitowoc, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday and in the church from noon Wednesday until the time of service.
