William Dewey
William Leo Dewey, 55, of Grand Island died Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2005, at Beverly Healthcare Park Place in Grand Island.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Faith United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Richard Kahrol officiating.
Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Apfel-Butler-Geddes Funeral Home, with the family to receive friends from 5 to 7.
Mr. Dewey was born on July 8, 1949, at Russell, Kan., to Dale Leonard and Phyllis Katherine (Price) Dewey.
Survivors include two sisters, Pauline Haley of Santa Claire, Calif., and Marilyn Mueller of Grand Island; and a brother, Charles Spaulding of Ayer, Mass.
He grew up in Kansas and Nebraska. He received his education at Hastings, and graduated from Emporia, Kan.
He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, Grand Island and long time member of Baby Boomers Chat Room on the internet.
He was preceded in death by his mother.
