H. A. (Sandy) Hereford, 54, of 4204 Staunton Ave., SE, died Wednesday in his home after a short illness. He was a real estate appraiser and a member of First Presbyterian Church. He attended Charleston schools and West Virginia University.
Surviving are a son, Henry Alexander III at home; a daughter, Mrs. Frances H. Crigger of Ft. Belvoir, Va.; his mother, Mrs. Joanna Morton Hereford of Charleston; two brothers, Frank M. and Joe C., both of Charleston.
Service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday at Barlow-Bonsall Funeral Home by the Rev. William A. Benfield Jr. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
