TILMAN ARMOUR, 79, of Memphis, retired inventory control specialist for the old defense depot, died of heart failure Saturday at Methodist Healthcare-North. Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Memphis Funeral Home Germantown Parkway Chapel with burial in Memory Hill Gardens.
He was a member of New Hope Christian Church in Bartlett and a Mason.
Mr. Armour, the husband of Daisy Armour, also leaves two sons, Jim Armour of Bartlett and Jerry Armour of Collierville; three sisters, Sadie Brennon of Germantown, Wayona Warren of Brownsville, Tenn., and Bertha Rowland of Selmer, Tenn.; a brother, Burl Armour of Selmer, and three grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be sent to New Hope Christian Church.
