Cecil M. Howard

A funeral service was held last Wednesday in the Watson and Melson Funeral Home in Pocomoke City for Cecil M. Howard, 93, of Marion Station. She died Sunday, Dec. 20, 1987 in the Tawes Nursing Home in Crisfield of heart failure.

Officiating was the Reverend Sostenes DeMacedo.

Interment was in the Rehoboth Presbyterian Cemetery.

Born in Pocomoke City, she was a daughter of the late Grant and Minnie Collins Henderson. Her husband, Asbury S. Howard, died in 1957.

She was a member of the Rehoboth Presbyterian Church.

Surviving are two sons, Earl E. Howard and Arthur L. Howard, Marion Station; a brother George H. Henderson, Sr., Pocomoke City; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Contributions may be made in the memory of the deceased to the Rehoboth Presbyterian Church, in care of Thomas Lankford, Mary's Lot, Rehobeth, Md. 21857, or to the Tawes Nursing Home, Crisfield, Md. 21817.
