Nyle was born July 23, 1932 in Kodol, WV son of the late Setha Lee and Myrtle Belle Stoneking Bane.
He was a retired well tender for Hope Natural Gas, a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, he was baptized at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church, but attended the Steelton Church of Christ.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth Barnard and Doris Hudson; two brothers, Rex and Duward Bane and an infant daughter, Christine.
Surviving are his wife of fifty-six years, Letha Miller Bane; son, Rodney (Cathie) Bane; three grandchildren, Rachel (Ryan) Jackson, Seth Bane and Jared Bane; two great grandchildren, David and Kayla Jackson and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends received 5-8 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2011 at Jarvis-Williams Funeral Homes, 1224 S Bridge St., New Martinsville, WV where funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m., Saturday, July 23, 2011.
Interment in Greenlawn Memorial Park in New Martinsville, WV.
Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Honor Guard of Sistersville, Paden City
