Christine was the host of Suncoast Digest, which appeared on ABC affiliate WXLT-TV Channel 40. Sadly, she took her own life during her July 15, 1974 broadcast. She is greatly missed by her family and many friends. Her ashes were spread on the Gulf of Mexico by her family, a place they said she loved, on July 18, 1974.
