Frances Yagelski and Howard Brown United In Marriage Saturday
CHESTERTON, Sept 27-The marriage of Miss Frances Yagelski, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Yagelski, Chesterton to Howard Brown, son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Brown, Westville, took place Saturday afternoon at 4 o’clock in the rectory of St. Patrick’s church. Rev. E. F. Eisenhardt read the marriage vows, using the double ring ceremony.
Attending the bride were Miss Irene Bishop, who wore green crepe with brown accessories, and Mrs. Don Lytle, Valparaiso, wearing rust crepe, with brown accessories. Their corsages were of token roses and pon pons. The bride chose for her wedding gown, brown crepe, made with high neckline and crystal button trim. Her corsage was of gardenias and sweet peas.
The groom was attended by James Augustine, Westville, and Don Lytle.
Following the ceremony, a dinner was served to the bridal party at the home of the bride’s parents.
The groom is employed with Carnegie Corporation, and the couple will reside on Grant St., Chesterton.
