BUCKSPORT - Floris H. (Ginn) Sullivan, 78, passed away to be with her Lord Saturday, March 15, 2008. She was born Feb. 11, 1930, the daughter of Leon and Geneva (Cole) Ginn in Bucksport. She lived for 53 years in Orland in the home her beloved husband, Donald C. Sullivan, built for her and their children. She was a very active member of Orland Methodist Church, Riverside Chapter No. 123 Order of the Eastern Star, Orland, where she served as a matron. She was also a member of the past Matron's Club and Orland Extension Club. After moving to Bucksport, she joined Elm Street Congregational Church. She is survived by three daughters, Joan Hawes and husband, Lawrence, Sherry Moulton and husband, Carl, and Nancy Schreiber and husband, Carl; one son-in-law, Dale Keyes and wife, Lisa; 10 grandchildren, Richelle (Keyes) Bishop and husband, Darren, Darcie Keyes, Shelby (Hawes) Silvernail and husband, Andrew, Michael Hawes and wife, Rachel, Jeffrey Moulton, Raymond Moulton, Stephanie (Schreiber) Ben Bouchta and husband, Mohammed, Chelsea (Schreiber) Pinette and husband, Aaron, Whitney Schreiber and Kortnee Schreiber; eight great-grandchildren, Alexandria, Tanner and Autumn Bishop, Koster, Spencer and Alyssa Silvernail, twins, Kaylee and Taylor Moulton; one sister, Imogene Ginn and fianc?, Norman Aldus; as well as many cousins. In addition to her parents, Floris was predeceased by her husband, Donald C. Sullivan; and two beloved daughters, Linda (Sullivan) Keyes and Bonnie (Sullivan) McCafferty. Family and friends will gather for visitation 6-8 p.m. Monday, March 17, at Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., Bucksport. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, at Elm Street Congregational Church with Pastor Linda Smith officiating. Floris's son-in-law, Pastor Carl Schreiber will deliver the eulogy. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery, Orland, in the spring. After the funeral service a reception with refreshments and conversation will be held in Brown Hall of the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Floris's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society New England Division, Inc., One Main St., Suite 300, Topsham, ME 04086 or Alpha-1 antitrypsin at Alpha-1 Foundation, 2937 SW 27th Ave., Suite 302, Miami, FL 33133.
