Mrs. Ethel M. Aalderink, 93, of RR No. 1, died Monday, March 30, 1981 at Pennock Hospital in Hastings. She was born November 7, 1887 in Paulding, Ohio, the daughter of Samuel and Sarah (Wells) Goyings. She married Herman Aalderink March 8, 1913. He preceded her in death on May 15, 1965. She was an honorary member of the Lakeside Grange and West Odessa Missionary Club.

Mrs. Aalderink is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Bernard (Gladys) Dailey of Lake Odessa; two sons, Forest of Caledonia and Ivan of Lake Odessa; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Hattie Beukema and Mrs. Meril Aalderink, both of Grand Rapids; four grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; two step-great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, from the Pickens-Koops Funeral Chapel of Lake Odessa. Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery, Lake Odessa.
