NOTE: I have been trying to confirm this information. I contacted someone from this historical reference and they could not find him listed to that company. I will leave this here until I have confirmed this to be true or false.
From his obit in the Chester times of 13 December 1916:
Mr. LEVIS was a quiet living man and was highly respected. He was fond of walking and upon several occasions he hiked to Wilmington, Delaware, from Media.
The remains will be interred beside those of his wife, [Hannah, who preceded him in death by 25 years] at the LIMA METHODIST EPISCOPAL CHURCH CEMETERY.

Gravesite Details
Unfortunately, the cemetery was dismantled to build more buildings attached to the church. All of the gravestones where "turned over" into the ground and additional buildings were built on top of the graveyard. No tombstones have survived.
