Bertha finished high school in 1919 and later taught school for five terms in Temple, OK. Bertha was married to Z.T. Baker in 1923.
Z.T. preceded her in death in 1985.
Bertha is survived by two sons, Harold and his wife, Jeanette and Ronald and his wife, Celina, four granddaughters, eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Cremation has taken place and graveside services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Sandia Memory Gardens, 9500 San Pedro NE, with Rev. Kathi Hunter officiating.
