Obituary, Madera Newspaper, 1933, Julius Ruiz is Taken by Death. Julius Ruiz, 84, resident of Madera for the past 33 years, died at 3:45 o'clock this morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. E.P.Ruiz of Hollister. Mr. Ruiz was born at Santa Barbara and had made California his home all his life. Besides Mrs. Ruiz, he is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Victor Medina, two sons, Vincent of Madera and Victor of Bakersfield; two grandchildren and three brothers and three sisters. Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock Friday morning from the Catholic church here. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery. The rosary will be said for the deceased at 7:30 o'clock Thrusday night at the Jay chapel.
