Funeral services will be at 3:30 p.m. today, March 16, 2001, in the Kilgore-Green Chapel.
He is survived by his parents, Hugh Douglas and Mary Joy Farris of Jasper; two sisters, Melissa Brisendine and her husband, Dwight of Birmingham, and Kathy Derzis and her husband, Pete of Charlotte, N.C.; two brothers, Doug Farris, Jr. and his wife, Jane of Jasper and Joe Farris of New York, N.Y.; and seven nieces and nephews, Nicholas Derzis, Matt Brisendine, Jake Brisendine, Caroline Farris, Gracie Farris, Will Derzis, and Allison Farris.
