Ruth Ann Adamek, 68, of Newnan, Georgia, passed away August 29, 2011. She was born February 20, 1943 in Bay City, Michigan, the daughter of Walter Knoerr and Ida Feinauer Knoerr. Ruth was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister who spent many years as a Kindergarten Teacher and a Mary Kay Director. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Norma Schulz; brother, Lyman Knoerr; and sister-in-law, Jeanne Peters.
Ruth is survived by her husband of 47 years, Charles G. "Chuck" Adamek of Newnan, two daughters and sons-in-law, two grandsons, three brothers and a sister-in-law, and two sisters.
Funeral Service held September 3 in the Peachtree City Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home with Pastor Dan Schepmann officiating. Burial at Westminster Memorial Gardens.
