MEDFORD,Oregon -- Alice Baker Griffin, 89, formerly of Red Bluff, died Friday, Oct. 5, in a Medford nursing home.

Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Red Bluff, with the Rev. Larry Love of the Red Bluff First Christian Church officiating, assisted by Helena Rebekah Lodge.

Mrs. Griffin was born April 26, 1895, in Ashtown, Nebraska and moved to Anderson in 1930, where she was active in the Cascade Rebekah Lodge before moving to Red Buff in 1960 after the death of her husband, Delwin Griffin. In Red Bluff she was active in the Helena Rebekah Lodge, of which she was Past Noble Grand. She had also been a member of Women of Farm Bureau of Shasta County, She moved to Medford in 1980.

Survivors include one son, George E. Griffin of Redding and one daughter, Juanita G. Barnes of Phoenix, Oregon; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
