Robert Wheeler Wester, 91 years old, passed away Saturday, October 2, 1954, at the home of his daughter in Hutchinson, Kansas. He was born in Tennessee and moved to Kansas City in 1904. For many years Mr. Wester was associated with the Burlington Livestock Commission firm. Before going to Hutchinson in July, he had made his home at the Stockyards hotel. He was a member of the Kansas City Livestock Exchange.
He was survived by his daughters, Mrs. R. N. Broughton and Mrs. J. F. Dalton both of Hutchinson; two sons, Dr. E. N. Wester of Los Angeles and A. E. Wester of Columbus, Kas.; a sister, Mrs. Kate Wilson, of Los Angeles; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren.
