Carol Ann Sowers, was 71, of Hartford, passed away Wednesday , at Hospice House in Poland.
She was born Nov. 15, 1939, in Warren, the daughter of Edward and Gladys Perkins.
Carol retired from Sharon Speedway as a cook. She had previously been a cook at the Hartford Elementary School. She had also been a member of the Trumbull County Boat Club.
Carol married Raymond E. Sowers on June 30, 1957. He passed away on Oct. 7, 1995.
She is survived by three sons, James Perkins, Ronald and Doug Sowers.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter Annie (Sowers)Morrison, in 1993.
