Funeral services for Mrs. Laura Bell Rowland, 1211 West 11 St., Sheffield, were this afternoon at 3 o'clock at the First Pentacostal Church of Sheffield. Rev. L H Benson, pastor, officiated and burial was in Sheffield's Oakwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Rowland died Monday morning at Colbert County Hospital after an illness of two years.
Active bearers will be Louis Nichols, Raymond Brook, Leonard Puckett, Curtis Smith, L L Harrison, and Roy Wilson.
She is survived by a daughter, J T Willis, Sheffield; two sisters, Mrs. J E McGuire, Sheffield, Mrs Irvin Odell, Town Creek; three brothers, Emory McGee, Cincinnati, Ohio; Emmett McGee, Town Creek; and Leon McGee, Decatur; two grandsons, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Arrangements were by Brown-Service of Tuscumbia.
