HINTON - Funeral services for Mrs. Texas Cole, 75, of Mount View, who died enroute home from Jumping Branch Friday night, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday by the Rev. Eugene Nichols at the Mount View church. Burial will be made in the Mount View cemetery.
Mrs. Cole succumbed to a heart attack at the home of C. M. Meador, where she stopped to spend Friday night while enroute home from visiting her son, E. C. Cole, in Jumping Branch.
She was a native of Mercer county and is survived by four sons, E. C. Cole, Jumping Branch; J. H. Cole, Odd; R. R. Cole, Flat Top; B. V. Cole, Mount View; three daughters, Mrs. Stellie Lilly, Madam's Creek; Mrs. Manora Lilly, Princeton; and Miss Dothat Cole, Mount View; one brother, H. L. Lilly, Matoaka.
