Smith-Behnke
Miss Margaret Helen Behnke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Behnke, 239 Cleveland Avenue, became the bride of Leonard Joseph Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. John H. Smith, 305 Curtis Street, Saturday, Oct. 26, at high noon in the Assumption Church, the Rev. Edmund Schauman officiating. The bride wore white satin with a fingertip length veil falling from a tiara of seed pearls and carried white roses. Miss Norma Behnke, sister of the bride and maid of honor, wore pink net with a matching shoulder-length veil and carried pink roses. Wilfred Smith, brother of the bridegroom, was best man. A reception followed in the home of the brides parents. After a trip to New York City, the couple will be home this week at 239 Cleveland Avenue.
