Edward Robinson, a retired laborer, was born at Honey Pass, SC, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Robinson. He married Alice Ellington 5 October 1896 in Edwardsville. Besides his wife, survivors included his sons, Udell and Ralph, and three daughters, Irene, Melvinia, and Oriella. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery (Edwardsville Intelligencer, 3 July 1956).
