Richard T. Bills, 60, R. R. 2, Cambridge City, died Monday morning Dec. 17, 1990 at his residence. He had been in failing health for the last two years.

He was born in Greensburg March 17, 1930, the son of Jesse and Nondas Voiles Bills. He came to the Cambridge City area with his family as a child.

He was in the U.S. Air Force in the Korean Conflict from 1951-1953. He was employed 11 years with the Design and Manufacturing Company and it's successor, the WCI of Connorsville, Ind. He retired in August 1989 due to ill health. He was a member of Calvery Baptist Church.

On December 31, 1948 he married the former Miss Nida Gabbard and she survives with three sons, Randy Bills, Connorsville,
Ind. Rick Bills, Richmond, Ind. and Kenny Bills, Brookville, Ind. two sisters Barbara Wentz and Kamilla Jones, both of Connorsville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Harold Bills.

The Rev. Willie Weaver will conduct private services at the convince of the family.

Burial will be in Dale Cemetery, Connorsville, Ind.

Visitation will be at Miller Funeral Home 17th and Grand Ave. Connorsville, Ind, 47331, from 6 to 8 p.m. this evening.
