Craig Boyd Brewer, son of James McKinley Brewer and Inez Esterlee Davis Brewer. Born 8 Feb 1927 at Wayne Co Tennessee USA. In 1942 The family moved to Florence Alabama USA. Craig went to work at the Knitting Mill and there he would learn a business that would in later years afford him the ability to have his own Knitting company that produced Sport Socks.

In 1946 he enlisted in the Army and served a one year term. Grade code was Corpal.

He first married Mildred Wells from Florence. From this marriage were 2 children, Linda Faye and Billy Joe.

In the late 50's work took him to Va and then to Asheboro, North Carolina where he would settle to live out the rest of his life among his children, grandchildren, his mother and his only sister. as well as 2nd wife Kate Sanders from North Carolina.

Craig was a kind gentle person.At his funeral he was referred to as "a peacemaker". He ask nothing of anyone, he treated everyone as his equal and he always tried to do right by everyone. He saw no fault, he placed no blame.. I THOUGHT HE HUNG THE MOON!!

He was my only sibling and he was and will forever be MY BEST FRIEND.
