He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, William Burkett, Mike Kelly and Doyle Conville; and uncle, D.J. Conville. He is survived by his parents, Steven and Monica Kelly Burkett of Many, LA; brother, Adam Burkett of Many, LA, sister, Meghan Burkett of Many, LA.; paternal grandmother, Carol Burkett of Natchitoches, LA.; maternal grandmother, Carol Conville of Many, LA; along with a host of aunt, uncles, cousins and friends.
A Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 7, 2011 at Many High School Gymnasium with the Rev. Jimmie Townsend officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Robeline, LA.
The family will receive friends beginning at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Many, Louisiana.
Pallbearers will be Austin Kelley, Jacob Anders, Tanson Garner, Lorenzo Warren, Josh Bowman, Derrick McCart, Jake McCart and Jeremy McCart.
