PATRICIA GALLIVAN AND MARVIN MORROW WED LAST SPRING

An announcement of especial interest this week is that of the wedding of Miss Patricia Ann Gallivan, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward H. Gallivan of Helena, and Marvin Dale Morrow of Helena, son of Mrs. C. F. Eastabrooks of Cut Bank.

The wedding took place Saturday, May 18, at the home of the Rev. Father Pieraot of the Holy Savior church at Butte. The bride was attended by her sister, Mrs. Marguerite Gardner of Helena.

Emil Lubeck of Butte attended the bridegroom. Mr Lubeck and Mr. Morrow were room-mates for two years at Montana State Normal college at Dillon and for two years at Montana State university at Missoula. Mr. Morrow was graduated in 1939 from the school of business administration at the State University, where he was affiliated with Alpha Tan Omega fraternity

Mrs. Morrow has been employed by the state railroad and public service commission since November, 1935.

The wedding party included the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Gallivan: her brothers, Dr. Edward L. Gallivan and Jack Gallivan, and her sister-in-law, Mrs. Edward L. Gallivan.

Late in August and early In September the couple enjoyed a motor tour of Idaho, Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada and Utah. They will reside in Helena at 819 Fifth avenue.

Patricia Ann Kirby of 100 S. Warren died Sunday evening at the Western Care Nursing Home. She was 68. A Helena native, she was born May 30, 1917, to Edward and Martha Gallivan.

She attended schools here, graduating from St. Vincent Academy in 1935. She had worked for many years here and in Billings for various law firms as a legal secretary. She also had worked for the State Railroad Commission and in several legislative sessions.

Survivors include two sons, Nile Morrow of Seattle and Ronald Kirby of Miles City; a sister, Edwina Phillips of Los Angeles, California, three grandchildren of Seattle; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by brothers, Dr. Edward Gallivan and Jack Gallivan; and two sisters, Marguerite and Martha. The body has been donated to the WAMI Program at Montana State University.

A Memorial Mass will be conducted at a latter date.
