"HUSTON - On December 20, 1903, ALEXANDER HUSTON, aged 75 years, relatives and friends of family, also Friendship Division, No. 19, S. of T. are respectfully invited to attend funeral, Thursday afternoon, 1 o'clock from his late residence, 706 N. 44th st. interment private at West Laurel Hill Cemetery."
He was originally buried at West Laurel HIll, but by the time his widow died the family had apparently fallen on hard times, and they could not afford to have her buried there. So he was disinterred and his remains moved to Montrose.
