Clell O. Farwell, 65 of Sparta, died at 9:50 a.m. Tuesday at his home after an apparent heart attack. Mr. Farwell, who lived most of his life in the Sparta community, was owner and operator of Sparta Auto Supply for 20 years prior to his retirement in January of 1969. He was a member of the Sparta Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Pauline; two daughters, Mrs. Vivian Clinton and Mrs. Marolyn Snider, both of Ozark; two sisters, Mrs. Agnes Hall, Nixa and Mr. Irma Johns, Springfield and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in First Baptist church in Sparta with the Rev. Bill Mabury officiating, Burial will be in Shipman Cemetery under direction of Harris.
