Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Ruby (Owens) Aycock, five sons, William A. of the U.S. Army and James, Jerry, John and Robert Aycock of Charlotte, two daughters, Mrs. Lula Belle (Aycock) Kerby, and Mrs. Frances (Aycock) Rutledge of Charlotte. Also surviving him are two sisters, Mrs. Estelle (Aycock) Willis of Stillmore, GA and Mrs. Dovie (Aycock) Thurmond of Danburg, GA and two brothers, James Aycock of Danburg, GA and W.L. Aycock of Chicopee, GA.
