Son of William Howell Moss and Sally Rives Moss. Husband of Amanda Malvina Cole. He immigrated to Montgomery County, TN in 1849 where he resided until 1860. He then moved to Christian County, KY. Broadie Moss was a noble, Kind-Hearted, generous and most hospitable man. He was a kind husband and devoted father and Grandfather. He was very social and cheerful by nature, always spreading sunshine wherever he went. He was the happiest when he was around his friends, his children and his grandchildren. The old farmhouse where he lived has now been demolished and the lands upon which he lived have been sold many times over.
