Peter Schlegel, 57, died at 11 a. m. Sunday at the Cleveland Clinic following an operation. He was born June 18, 1882 in Marysville, the son of George and Lizette Guelcher Schlegel.
Surviving are his wife, Essie; three daughters, Mrs. Pauline Rentz, of Lima; Mrs. Katherine
Moran, of Cleveland and Margaret, of Russell Point; a brother, George, of Marysville and seven sisters, Mrs. Anna Allgower, of Richwood;
Mrs. Florence Enders, of Grove City; Mrs. Tillie Ligget, of Akron; Mrs. Josephine Werst, of Milford Center and Mrs. Christine Olenbaugh, Mrs. Ida McMahan and Mrs. Esther Kleiber, of Marysville. Funeral services will be at 2 p.
m. Wednesday at the Methodist church in Bellefontaine with burial in Oakdale cemetery, Marysville.
The body was removed Monday evening from the Van Horn funeral home, Lakeview, to the home
at Russell Point.
