Mrs. Flora A. Haller, Boonsboro, widow of Charles W. Haller, died at her home Monday at 6:30 a.m. of complications after an illness of five months, aged 96 years.
Born in Rocky Springs, Frederick County, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Geneva (Redmond) Miss.
She was a member of the Mt. Nebo EUB Church, Boonsboro, for the past 75 years.
She is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Clara Needy, Boonsboro, Mrs. Myrtle Angelberger, Frederick; Mrs Phoebe Poffenberger and Miss Grace Haller, both of Hagerstown; Mrs. Louise Clipper and Mrs. Ruth Reeder, both of Boonsboro; sons, John, Boonsboro; Thurmon, Delta, Pa., and Charles, of Hagerstown; sister, Mrs. Emma Blank, Frederick; brothers, William and Edward Miss, Frederick; 37 grandchildren; 72 great grandchildren and 24 great great grandchildren.
The body was taken to the Bast Funeral Home, Boonsboro, where the funeral will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. the Rev. Theodore Elsor officiating.
Burial will be in Boonsboro Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday evening.
