Charles Bruce Wilbur, 85, of Windham died Saturday night Jan. 9, at the Ruth Walker Nursing Home in Windham. Mr. Wilbur was a retired Windham Township farmer. He was born Sept. 9, 1874, the son of Emery Briggs and Cara Tyrrel Wilbur. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Newell Wilmont of Rome; three sons, Earnest of Windham Center, Francis of West Warren and Emery of Salamaca, NY; a sister Mrs. Lena Boardman of North Orwell; 13 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Stufin Funeral Home in Nichols at 2 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in the Valley Home cemetery in Windham.
