Norma L. Kehr Winston Mohr, 78, of Springfield, formerly of the Lincoln and Waverly areas, died Tuesday, June 17, 2003, at St. John's Hospital. She was born Dec. 30, 1924, in Browning, the daughter of John B. and Ola Mae Kehr. She married Vern William Winston; he preceded her in death. She then married Willard Mohr; he preceded her in death. Mrs. Mohr retired from the dietary department of Lincoln Development Center in Lincoln and was a member of Waverly First Baptist Church. Survivors: two daughters, Mary F. (husband, Robert) Lowder of Apache Junction, Ariz., and Carol A. Meredith of Lincoln; a brother, Ernest Kehr of Alexis; a sister, Marjorie Wheelhouse of Galva; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Graveside services: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Waverly East Cemetery, the Rev. Brian Hodge officiating. Neece Funeral Home in Waverly is in charge of arrangements.
