Mrs. Starr was born March 13, 1912, in Chamois, MO . She was married to Carl G. Starr on January 15, 1931; he preceded her in death. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and its Altar Society. She was preceded in death by a brother, Edward F. Smith and a sister, Pearl Carver. She is survived by sisters, Ethel Counts of Laguna Hills, CA, Clara Stile of Port Hueneme, CA, Charlotte Baker, California, MO , Esther Cunningham, Independence, MO , and Shirley Nolte of Chamois, MO , and a brother, Charles Smith Jr. of Austin, TX.
