Edna Elizabeth (Smith) Dill, 82, formerly of Duncan, South Carolina, passed away on Friday, September 09, 2011.
Daughter of the late Walter Dixon Smith (1893–1967) and Bessie Gregory Smith (1906–1982); wife of the late Oren Jackson Dill (1921–1999), married 1951.
She was a longtime member of the Duncan United Methodist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Connie Cormier and husband Steven of Louisiana, two sisters Virginia Smith of Duncan and Charlotte Johnson of Chesnee, four grandchildren Rachel Williams and husband Dusty, Steven Cormier Jr. and wife Catherine, Marie Cormier and Matthew Cormier, and one great granddaughter Reese Ann Williams.
She was predeceased by a daughter Susan Dill.
Services were held Sunday, September 11, 2011 at the Duncan United Methodist Church with Rev. Richard Lewis officiating. The family received friends prior to the service at the church.
