Florence was born Oct. 23, 1909 in Maytown, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania to Samuel Berger Engle and Beulah May Weiss Engle. She married Lawrence C. Barnhart on 28th September 1929. They had two children. Florence died 29 October 2003 at the age of 94. She was the last of her immediate family.
