Mrs. Anna Ager,
Age 91, Dies at Home Here Sunday

Mrs. Anna Ager, 91 years of age, widow of William Ager, died at 12:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon at her home, 522 North Mulberry street. Her death followed a six weeks illness.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the First Methodist Church, conducted by the pastor, Rev. V. C. Clark. Burial will be in the Swan Chapel Cemetery, southwest of Maryville.
Mrs. Ager was born June 5, 1846, at Hagerstown, MD. She moved with her parents to Pennsylvania when she was 5 years of age. Later they moved to Sterling, Ill, and it was there that she and Mr. Ager were married on August 28, 1865.
In the spring of 1879, Mr. and Mrs. Ager moved to Minneapolis, Kas, which was their home until they came to Missouri in 1881. They first settled on a farm near the Rockford Church, southwest of Maryville. Mr. Ager's death occurred on November 20, 1901. In 1916 Mrs. Ager moved to Maryville and lived the remaining years of her life at her home on North Mulberry street.
Mrs. Ager was the mother of fifteen children, six of whom are living. They are Mrs. Sophia Curry and Mrs. Mary McKillip of the home; Fred Ager, Maryville; Oliver Ager, Vinita, Okla; Wilson Ager, Matheson, Colo; and Frank Ager, Long Prairie, Minn.
There are twenty-one grandchildren, thirty-seven great grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
