George Mathew Adams III, born April 10, 2010 lovingly was handed back to the Lord September 10, 2011.
He was a brave, sweet and happy boy who touched many lives. Mathew is survived by his parents George and Meredith Adams, little sister Caroline, grandparents Rex and Kathie Abke and George and Patricia Adams; Great Grandmothers Esther Heft and Elisabeth Celizic; Aunt Angela and Michael Chapuran; Uncle and Godfather Mark Adams, Uncle Joseph and Mara Abke; Godmother Sarah Garmen, cousin Noah Chapuran; and many friends, family, and special friends who are family.
Friends may visit on Tuesday from 5-9 PM at THE SPENCE-MILLER FUNERAL HOME 2697 Columbus St. Grove City, with a Prayer Service at 8:30 PM. Funeral Mass will be held 10:00 AM Wednesday, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church 3730 Broadway Grove City, with Rev. Fr. Daniel Millisor and Rev. Fr. Sylvester Onyeachonam Concelebrants.
