Della Elizabeth Cook Davis, dies at age 52.

She was born June 22, 1891, the second child of William Tom Cook and Mary Emmer Ogletree Cook.
She married William Columbus "Lum" Davis in November 1906.
They had 5 sons, Andrew Davis, Elmo Davis, Charlie Davis, Lester Davis, and Lendell Davis.
Her husband died in 1924.
In 1927 she married Hershell Brown.
To this union, two sons were born: Clifton Brown and Paul Brown.
She died in Indiana in 1943.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, a son, Charlie Davis, and a brother, James Estes Cook.
She is survived by her parents, 6 sisters; Margaret, Julia, Ella Mae, Laura, Ruth, and Ethel and 5 brothers: Bedford, Johnie, Benton, Willie, and Grady.


She was laid to rest in Holly Springs Cemetery Overton County Tennessee.
