Walter 'Bill' Trainor, 78, of Niagara Falls, NY, died on Thursday, March 2, 2006 in Kenmore Mercy Hospital. Born on November 22, 1927 in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of the late Walter J. and Eileen (Tone) Trainor. In 1948 he married the former Marcine Dalgleish. She predeceased him on February 19, 1986.

Mr. Trainor was a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools. Bill served in the United States Navy, during WWII, until his honorable discharge on November 12, 1947. For over thirty years, Mr. Trainor worked as a plant manager for TAM Ceramics, until his retirement in the early 1990's. Bill enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles and spending time with his family.

Mr. Trainor is survived by one daughter Colleen Ausderau of Chesapeake, VA, two sons Robert R. (Marie) Trainor of Wheatfield, NY and William A. (Linda) Trainor of Huston, TX, six grandchildren R. Ross Trainor of Wheatfield, NY, Justin T. Trainor of Niagara Falls, NY, Matthew James Trainor of Wheatfield, NY, Jason Ausderau of Virginia Beach, VA, Douglas (Melodie) Ausderau, Jr. of Norfolk, VA and William Trainor of Alexandria, VA and two great grandchildren, Samuel and Erin Ausderau. Bill is also survived by one brother Donald (Carol) Trainor of Kenmore, NY, three sisters Eileen Trainor of Niagara Falls, NY, Elizabeth "Betty" (Thomas) Agliata of Rochester, NY, and Dorothy (Gerald) McGuckin of Rochester, NY and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by one brother James Trainor and two sisters Patricia Erickson and Barbara (Richard of Niagara Falls, NY) Dembek.
