Mr. McGaughey, the husband of Rebecca W. McGaughey, also leaves two daughters, Patricia Powers of Montgomery, Ala., and Betty M. Gray of Memphis; a son, D. W. 'Bill' McGaughey of Germantown, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society or Audubon Park Baptist Church.
