Freddie M. Goss SR, 80, a Owner and operator of Webb machine supply AND G & G Equipment, died 09-13-2011 at NWMRMC Clarksdale, MS. Visitation is Thursday SEP 15, 6-8 at Meredith-Nowell funeral home in Clarksdale MS. Funeral services are 11:00 A.M. Friday 09-16-2011 at Meredith-Nowell funeral home in Clarksdale MS with burial in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Sumner MS. Meredith-Nowell funeral home in Clarksdale MS is handling the arrangements.
Mr. Goss was a Korean War Army Veteran and avid hunter. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include: His wife of 36 years Mary Joyce Wheeler Goss of Webb, MS, Son Freddie Goss Jr (Amanda) of Webb 2 Daughters Genice Shurden (Tommy) of Hammond, LA & Melissa Thompson (Jacob) of Oakland, MS, 2 Sisters Billie Coogan of Pearl, MS and Mary Ida Graham of Senatobia, MS. 5 Grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his Parents Samuel Alvin Goss and Ruth Almon Goss.
