I think the note part of your bio. is wrong. I am also a descendant of Hinote family and Peter's death cert. says Nancy Jane Hinote Tindel is his mother. Nancy Jane Hinote had a child out of wedlock and I believe Peter is that child. I added his death certificate to his page so you can see. Also I am adding a piece from the paper on where Nancy Jane died at. It says that she died at her grandsons Oscar. Oscar is Peter's son.
