Mary Louise Adams, 82, of Darlington died Monday, November 2, 2009.
Graveside funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at 3:00 PM at Black Creek Cemetery with the Reverend Billy Melton officiating. Burial will follow directed by Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home of Darlington.
Mrs. Adams was born in Darlington County, South Carolina. She was the daughter of the late Ben and Mary Gainey Langston.
Surviving are her children, Patricia Blackmon of Darlington, Joyce (Gary) Jones of Darlington, Faye Dixon of Darlington, Jeanne (Lavon) Tolson of Lamar, Richard (Elinor) Adams of Dovesville and Denise Poole of Dovesville; 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Adams was preceded in death by her husband, Willard Adams; two daughters, Sue Smith and Gail Griggs; son, Danny Adams; and a brother, James Langston.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:30 PM on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at Kistler-Hardee Funeral Home.
