Linda Kaye Byford, 70, passed away Thursday, Sept. 15, 2011. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Monday in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
Linda was a wonderful mom, aunt and Memaw. She was kind, loving and a selfless person. She retired in 2001 from Texas Refinery Corp. after 35 years. Linda enjoyed trips to Winstar, gardening, shopping and lunching with her girls. She loved family gatherings, especially Christmas Eve, which she made special every year. Linda was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Byford; and one sister, Ann Jarrett.
Survivors: Daughter and son-in-law, Tammie and Jeff Wilson; daughters, Leslie Byford and Robin Byford; grandson, Jonathan Wilson; granddaughter, Taylor Wilson; sisters, Nancy Wooten and Shirley Thompson; and many nieces and nephews.
