Otis Keiningham came to Lawton, Oklahoma, from Edinburg, Texas, about three years prior to his death at 125 B Avenue of a heart ailment of 13 days. Survived by his widow in Arizona; three daughters, Miss Lela Keiningham, Los Angeles, CA; Mrs. Bessie Ivey, Santa Clara, CA; and Mrs. Lillian Gaar, Arizona; two sons, Ernest in Arizona and Floyd in Lawton; three brothers, J.
