Kay Anderson was born in San Bernardino on February 25, 1915 to Frederick A. Martin and Clara Dexter Martin, also of San Bernardino. She was a homemaker, and was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years James A. Anderson, Sr. in January, 2005. Kay loved to care for her family, flowers, and friends. Her other interests were sewing, making quilts and clothing for her family.
She is survived by a brother, Frederick D. Martin; daughter, Shirley White and her husband Robert; son James A. Jr. and his fiancee Ella Mae Hamman; grandchildren, James C., Michael F., and Jenon Anderson; four great-grandchildren, Josh, Christina, Jared and Emily Anderson.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 2, 2005 at 11:30 a.m. at Montecito Memorial Park, South Waterman Ave. & Barton Road, Colton. In lieu of flowers , donations may be made to the charity of your choice. Bobbitt Memorial Chapel is directing.
