MOYOCK - Willie Louis COTTER, 81, a retired assembly line employee, died Dec. 25, 1990, in his home. Mr. COTTER, a native of Currituck County, had retired from Ford Motor Co. He was an Army veteran of World War II. Survivors include his wife, Marion Rose COTTER; two daughters, Nancy SANDERLIN of Shawboro, N.C., and Patricia HOWARD of Norfolk; and three grandchildren. The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Moyock Memorial Park Cemetery by the Rev. Charles WELLONS.
