Hold Rites for Pack River Matron Who Died Here
Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie Ellen Hunt, 43, were held at 2 o,clock this afternoon from the Moon chapel with the Rev. William Westwood officiating. Interment was made in Lakeview Cemetery.
Mrs. Hunt passed away last Monday at a local hospital following a major operation.
Born in Wisconsin, Mrs. Hunt came to Bonner County as a child. She was married to Ralph Hunt and for the past several years they have been making their home in the Pack River District.
She is survived by her widower, 11 children Harold, Emory, Herbert, Stanford, Gerald, Delores, Loretta, Ellen, Dorothy, Gertrude and Mrs. Jane Joseph; her mother, Mrs Orley Haney; four sisters, Mrs Irene Geary, Mrs. Isabel Robar, Mrs John Doyle, all living in Bonner County, and Mrs Lottie Rosman, Wilbur, Wash. and a half brother, Lee Decker Sandpoint.
